2 1/4 tsp of dry active yeast
1 1/2 cup of warm water (40-50 degrees celsius)
1 tsp of sugar
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1) Put yeast and sugar in a bowl, then add the warm water. Stir to give it a mix and then put it in a draft free place like the microwave or oven to proof for 10 mins.
2) In a bowl, sift flour and salt and make sure it’s evenly mixed.
3) Once the yeast mixture is ready, create a well at the centre of the flour mixture, and add the oil, honey, and yeast mixture. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients in a clockwise manner.
4) If the dough is too wet, you can sprinkle some more flour in.
5) Once dough has formed, coat it with some olive oil and place it back in the bowl with a warm towel covering it. Place it in the oven or microwave for dough to rise for 30 mins.
6) Take the dough out and knead the dough a bit before covering it again and putting back in the oven or microwave for another 15-30 mins
7) Dough is now ready for pizza. Cook dough at 425c for about 10-12 mins.
