Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:
1 can (398ml) of black beans, strained
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp oil
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Put all ingredients except for chocolate chips in the blender and blend for about 3-5 mins, or until the batter is relatively smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips to the batter until evenly combined.
Pour batter into a parchment paper lined 9X9 baking pan with at least 1.5in sides.
Bake for 30-35 mins, or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for at least 15 mins before eating. The cooler it is, the less crumbly it’ll be.
