– 1/2 cup of butter, softened
– 1-2 springs of fresh rosemary
Packaging:
– letter-size sheet of parchment paper
– string
1) Place the softened butter on the parchment paper. Fold the parchment paper over the top of the butter and flatten with your hands.
2) Open up the parchment paper and sprinkle the fresh herbs evenly over the surface of the butter.
3) Lift and fold the parchment paper to fold the butter on itself to mix the herbs.
4) Once the herbs have been evenly mixed into the butter, shape the butter however you like and wrap it up with the string.
