Belgian Waffles

Nothing makes my mouth water like the smell of fresh waffles sizzling on the hot plates. Over the years of trial and error, I'd like to say I've finally got my batter just right. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
2 cups whole milk (If don’t have full milk, can mix 2% milk with some cream)
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1) In a large bowl, sift in flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.
2) Create a well in the middle of the dry mixture and add eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
3) Let batter sit for 15 mins, then it’s ready to use.
